Die Bilder von Suzan HWANG, teils Mischtechnik, teils Seidenmalerei, sind abstrakt.

Die Malerin, die in Seoul Graphikdesign studierte, knüpft über das Material Seide, deren Glanz die Intensität der Farben zusätzlich verstärkt, eine starke Verbindung zur Heimat.

Sie stammt aus Südkorea und war mehrere Jahre Lehrerin für Kunst an der High-School in Seoul.

Seit 1987 lebt sie in Deutschland und nahm an diversen Einzel- und Gruppenausstellungen in Europa und Japan teil. Ihre Arbeiten befinden sich in verschiedenen Privatsammlungen.

The paintings of Suzan HWANG, mixed technics and art on silk, are abstract.

The artist, who was studying graphic-design in Seoul, has a strong link to her country by the material silk, which accentuates the combination of colours through its shiny texture.

She was born in South-Korea and was teaching for several years as a teacher of art at a high-school in Seoul.

Since 1987 she has been living and working in Germany and took part in several individual and group exhibitions in Europe and Japan. Here paintings are found in various private collections.
